Navarrabiomed will host on Thursday, May 16 in Pamplona the workshop “Molecular biology, cancer and bioinformatics”, framed in the oncology research network ONCONET SUDOE. The aim of this journey is to serve as a meeting point for network partners and at the same time is open to the participation and collaboration of all interested professionals: open to researchers, health professionals and IT developers in health.
Ikan Biotech’s expert researchers in oncology’s field are willing to participate to this workshop to enlarge our network of partners and explore possibilities of collaboration with different qualified professionals as well as having the opportunity to introduce the ZebraONCOFish project. This project that Ikan Biotech is undergoing is founded by the Horizon 2020 Framework Program of the European Union. The aim is the development of a novel real time in vivo platform for personalized cancer treatment based on the use of zebrafish tumor models “avatars” as personalized, living test tubes.
ONCONET is a project of the transnational program Interreg SUDOE that aims to establish a permanent network of excellence in oncology through the mobilization of health actors from the southwestern European area around prevention, diagnosis, assistance and translational research. ONCONET’s project wants to promote research, technological development and innovation in oncology.
